The photo on the top is the original painting, from 1993 Manichitrathazhu. Anushka Shetty appeared in the 2010 Telugu Nagavalli film. Her photo comes from the various remakes of Manichitrathazhu, like Chandramuki and Bhool Bhulaiyaa. There is a total of 6 I think.
